The Jefferson Franklin Community Action Corporation (JFCAC) Mainstream Voucher Program waiting list iscurrently open. Applications are being accepted from March 3, 2020 at 7:30 am CT, until further notice.
Please note: According to the JFCAC, "To be eligible for a Mainstream voucher, there must be one disabled household member who is between the ages of 18 and 61."
There are two ways to apply during the opening period:
Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed or hand delivered to one of the JFCAC housing offices at the addresses mentioned above. There is a drop box at both office locations.
Please note: Faxed or electronic submissions will not be accepted.
This waiting list has the following preferences:
Applicants who either live or work in Jefferson or Franklin County at the time of their application.
Families who meet one of the following criteria will receive additional points on the waiting list. These include families who are transitioning out of institutional and other segregated settings (this does not include a correctional facility), at serious risk of institutionalization, homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or previously experienced homelessness and are currently a client in a permanent supportive housing or rapid rehousing project as referred by the Missouri Balance of State or local Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry System.
Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
This waiting list is for rental assistance in Franklin and Jefferson County, Missouri.
