The City of Phoenix Housing Department (CPHD) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from September 12, 2023 at 8:00 am, until September 26, 2023 at 7:00 pm MT

There are four ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences
