The Housing Authority of the City of Ada (HACA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. This waiting list is open indefinitely.

Ada, OK is about 80 miles southeast of Oklahoma City, OK.

To apply, visit the HACA to pick up a pre-application, located at 1100 N Stockton St, Ada, OK 74820, during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above during normal office hours.

The following documentation is required with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.

No preferences have been identified.

Applicants will receive a confirmation number upon submitting the pre-application. It is important to keep that number in a safe, easy to access place. It will be needed any time when referencing your pre-application with the housing authority.

According to a HACA representative as of November 20, 2015, the waiting list for a voucher is very long.
