The Oklahoma City Housing Authority (OCHA) Senior Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Marie McGuire Plaza is currently open.
The OCHA is accepting applications as of January, 2022, until further notice.
Please note: According to the OCHA, "To be eligible for this property you must be elderly and/or disabled. Elderly family means a family whose head, spouse, cohead, or sole member is a person who is at least 62 years of age. Disabled family means a family whose head, spouse, cohead, or sole member is a person with disabilities [24 CFR 5.403]. OCHA must give elderly and disabled families equal preference in selecting these families for admission to mixed population developments."
This waiting list may have the following preferences:

Disabled person is defined as a person who is under a disability as defined in Section 223 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. §423), or as defined in the Oklahoma City Housing Authority’s Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program’s Administrative Plan Chapter 3 Exhibit 3-1 which can be found online at www.ochanet.org.
