The Lakewood Housing Authority (LHA) Senior and Disabled RAD Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list is currently open, since at least June, 2019, until further notice.

There are three ways to apply:

Once the application has been completed, it must be dropped off at the LHA office at the address above, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.

The waiting list has the following preferences: Current residents on the transfer list and Families with court-ordered admissions.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, after sorting preferences.
