The Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) is accepting State-Aided Elderly Public Housing waiting list applications for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments in Urban Honolulu (Hale Po'ai or Halia Hale), Central Oahu/Wahiawa (Laiola), Central Oahu/Waipahu (Kamalu - Ho'olulu) from November 7, 2023 at 8:00 am, until November 21, 2023 at 4:00 pm HT. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in March, 2021
To apply while the waiting list is open, pick up an application from the management offices, located at 94-941 Kauolu Place, Office A107, Waipahu, Hawaii 96797, or 1001 North School Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817. Applications will be available for pick up between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm on Tuesday, November 07, 2023, Wednesday, November 08, 2023 and Thursday, November 09, 2023
Once the application has been completed, it must be returned to the management office, address mentioned above. Completed applications must be returned by November 21, 2023 by 4:00 pm

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list
This waiting list is for Other Senior rental assistance in Honolulu, Waipahu and Wahiawa, Hawaii
