Family Promise of Lubbock - This program allows Family Promise to provide TRIAD assistance in the Lubbock/South Plains Area to Texas military personnel including active duty, National Guard, Reserves and veterans and/or their families who have unmet needs due to death, injury, physical/mental disorders or financial hardship as a result of their service in Iraq or Afghanistan.
Eligibility will be determined through a face-to-face interview with the requested service member, veteran, or family member. In some cases a telephone interview may be an option. Service will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.
Funding priorities will be for 1 basic necessities, 2 urgent/critical issues, and 3 counseling.
Hours of Operation:
Mondays - Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Mission Statement: Family Promise of Lubbock's mission is to provide homeless families with children the tools necessary to achieve long term financial, parental and personal self-sufficiency through a comprehensive program of temporary housing, case management and supportive services.
