Provide transitional housing for 12-24 months to low-income working families and individuals facing homelessness. HIPCT makes available a Townhouse it owns in Princeton and a unit owned by the municipality of Princeton to provide clients a safe home near where they work and where their children attend school.
Mission Statement: Housing Initiatives of Princeton Charitable Trust (HIP) helps low-income working families and individuals in and around Princeton avoid homelessness. While providing transitional housing and temporary rental assistance, HIP equips families with tools for self-sufficiency, acting as a bridge between homelessness and hope.
