Housing Authority of the City of Fort Lauderdale offers rental assistance to low-income families through the management of programs such as public housing, affordable housing and Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8.
These programs each have their own eligibility requirements which applicants must meet. There may be waiting lists for these programs and at times the lists may close to new applicants due to the size of and length of wait on the lists.
