Community Renewal Team offers a variety of programs and services to those in need within the community. Among these services is their Eviction/Foreclosure Prevention Program. This program provides help throughMediation, Grant funds for back rent and mortgages and Mortgage-holder agreements and payment rescheduling. Applicants must call for a pre-appointment screening.
