The Clay County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (CCHRA) waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Boyer Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least June, 2021, until further notice.

Individuals and families with a member diagnosed with a serious mental illness and who is in compliance with a treatment plan
