The McHenry County Housing Authority (MCHA) waiting list for Studio, 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at The Renaissance Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least February, 2021, until further notice.

• Renaissance Apartments are located in a historical building, one block off of the Woodstock Square at 205 Dean Street, Woodstock, Illinois.

Please note: According to the MCHA, "These apartments are affordable but not subsidized, and applicants must provide income documentation that demonstrates an ability to pay rent."

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
