The Anaheim Housing Authority Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Finamore Place is currently open by referral only.
The AHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from March 24th, 2022, until further notice.
Please note: According to the AHA, "This waiting list will be opened solely for the following preferences:
Households that qualify as homeless, and are enrolled and in good standing with the Homeless Assistance Program (HAP), Chronically Homeless Individuals Pilot Program (CHIPP), or other City sponsored program and referred to the waiting list by the service provider.
Households that qualify as homeless and are referred by Anaheim City funded Emergency Shelter homeless service providers.
Households that qualify as homeless and are referred by other homeless service providers. Additional preference will be given to those within each of the above categories who qualify for the Live or Work in Anaheim (Residency) preference or are a U.S. veterans."
Finamore Place is located at 915 E. Orangewood Avenue Anaheim, CA 92802 and offers 1 and 2 bedroom units for 1 to 4 person households. The development features the following amenities: improved recreational and leisure space, swimming pool, clubhouse, BBQ areas, roof deck, and community garden.
To apply during the opening period, applicants must be referred by service providers. If an applicant is homeless and is not currently working with a service provider, call 2-1-1 to be connected to a service provider that may give a reference. There will be no onsite intake center for those experiencing homelessness.
This waiting list has the following preferences:
